New Moon Intention Seed
Within 48 hours of the new moon
Planting an intention at the darkest point of the lunar cycle, when nothing is yet visible.
Necesitarás
Paper · A dark bowl · One seed or dried bean · A white candle
- 1Write one intention in the present tense — not a wish, a description.
- 2Fold the paper toward you three times.
- 3Place it in the bowl with the seed on top.
- 4Light the candle and say the intention aloud three times.
- 5Leave the bowl somewhere unseen until the full moon.
- 6At the full moon, plant the seed or return it to the earth.
Full Moon Release
The night of the full moon
Ending an attachment, habit or grievance at peak illumination.
Necesitarás
Paper · A heatproof dish or running water · Salt
- 1Write what you are releasing, in detail, with no defence of yourself.
- 2Read it once, aloud, standing.
- 3Burn it safely or dissolve it in running water.
- 4Wash your hands in salted water.
- 5Say: this is finished with me, and I am finished with it.
- 6Do not discuss the ritual with anyone for a full lunar cycle.
Threshold Salt
Any waning moon, or after visitors
Clearing accumulated atmosphere from a home or workspace.
Necesitarás
Coarse salt · A small brush · Rosemary if available
- 1Open one window in every room.
- 2Sprinkle salt at the main threshold and each interior doorway.
- 3Walk the perimeter of each room clockwise, once, in silence.
- 4Sweep the salt from the innermost room outward to the front door.
- 5Discard the salt outside, not in the kitchen bin.
- 6Close the windows and light something fragrant.
Mercury Retrograde Review
The first three days of a retrograde
Using the backwards period deliberately instead of enduring it.
Necesitarás
A notebook · An hour alone
- 1List everything currently unfinished, without judgement.
- 2Mark each item: revive, revise, or release.
- 3Choose exactly one to revive and one to release.
- 4Write the message you have been avoiding sending — do not send it yet.
- 5Re-read it on day three and send or delete.
- 6Leave the remaining items untouched until the station direct.
Crystal Charging Circle
Sunrise, or under a full moon
Resetting stones that have been worked hard.
Necesitarás
Your stones · A cloth · A bowl of water or salt
- 1Rinse each stone briefly (avoid water for selenite, malachite and halite).
- 2Lay them on the cloth in a circle, clear quartz at the north point.
- 3Leave them in direct moonlight or first light for four hours.
- 4Handle each one and state what you intend to use it for.
- 5Return them to their places; keep one on your person for the week.
- 6Repeat monthly or after any heavy reading.
Nine-Day Manifestation Candle
Begin on a waxing moon
Sustained focus on a single outcome over nine consecutive days.
Necesitarás
A taper candle · A pin · Oil or water
- 1Carve your aim into the candle with the pin, top to bottom.
- 2Dress the candle by drawing oil from the base toward the wick.
- 3Burn for nine minutes each day at the same hour.
- 4Speak the aim once at lighting and once at extinguishing.
- 5Snuff — never blow — the flame.
- 6On the ninth day, let it burn out and record what has shifted.
¿Qué pasa si me salto varios días?
